At Zilker Belts, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love crafting them. If your belt isn't a perfect fit or matches your style, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and secure.

• 3.
  Package Your Belt

  Place the unworn belt in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship your new belt within 3-5 business days.
